LOCAL AI BACKBONE IN DEVELOPMENT

ForgeOS

The backbone of your AI stack — from LLMs to video generation, on hardware you own.

ForgeOS is the always-on system that runs your whole local AI stack in one place and drives it for you — language models, image, 3D, voice, sound, video. Underneath sits a real tool system: every tool is an engineered module with a contract and its own tests, not a folder of markdown files hoping the model behaves. Every device in the house plugs in, keeps its own memory, shares one knowledge base, and works as a team. Your hardware, your data — no cloud, no metered bill.

One stack, every model

Every kind of local AI, under one roof and orchestrated for you — not a pile of separate apps you wire together by hand.

Language models

Local LLMs for chat, agents and reasoning — the brains behind everything else.

Image & 3D

Concept images forged into textured 3D meshes, ready to drop into Blender.

Voice & sound

Spoken lines and sound effects, generated on your own GPU.

Video generation · NEWEST LANE

Motion and video, just coming online as the hardware allows.

A tool system, not a folder of notes

This is what sets ForgeOS apart from other harnesses and home-AI setups — the tools are real, engineered things, not instructions in a text file.

Most stacks are markdown

A lot of agent setups are just instructions in a text file, trusting the model to follow them. It works — until it quietly doesn't.

ForgeOS builds real modules

Every tool is an engineered module — a contract, dev-notes and its own tests — built and sealed, not hand-waved. The quality gates are code that refuses, not prose that asks.

Example: the Archivar

A module that keeps the knowledge base in order by itself — stamping every change and running its own upkeep cycles, no human in the loop. A tool, not a note.

Connected to everything you own

ForgeOS sits at the center of your home. Every device is its own agent with its own memory, all of them draw on one shared knowledge base, and they work together instead of in silos.

SHARED KNOWLEDGE BASE Smartphone Smart home Computers Robopets ForgeOS ALWAYS-ON BRAIN

Smartphone

Rooted, not sandboxed — ForgeOS writes and deploys real apps to the phone and reaches the whole device, not a locked-down store app.

Computers

Your PCs join in — run models, offload heavy work, share files across machines.

Robopets

Physical agents like Mechamon plug in and get a brain, senses and a voice.

Smart home

Lights, sensors and automations, driven by an AI that actually lives on-site.

Its own mind, one shared memory

Its own mind

Each device runs as its own agent with its own working memory — your phone's assistant isn't your robot's, and nothing gets crossed.

One shared library

They all read from the same knowledge base — the archives, notes and how-tos ForgeOS keeps. Learn something once and every device knows it.

A team, not silos

They hand tasks to each other and work together, coordinated by ForgeOS at the center — one system, many hands.

How it's grown

Built in the open, one honest step at a time — here's the road so far.

Wired to Mechamon

ForgeOS now runs the robot's brain, and its servos can be driven live from the control desk — the first step toward reaching and driving it from anywhere.

2026-09-07

Room to grow

A second GPU joined the rig — image and language models now run side by side instead of taking turns. The groundwork for a much smoother ForgeOS.

Always-on

Survives a full reboot and restarts itself if anything crashes — reliable enough to just leave running on a shelf.

First light

One place to run and reach every model on your own machine, from any device in the house. First working end-to-end link is up.
